CARFAX 250 NASCAR Nationwide Series Race

CARFAX will be the title sponsor of the CARFAX 250 NASCAR Nationwide Series race (formerly the NASCAR Busch Series) plus the CARFAX 400 NASCAR Sprint Cup Series race this August at Michigan International Speedway (MIS). The doubleheader sponsorship by CARFAX and our dealer customers is in support of the home of the American automobile.

The CARFAX 250 has attracted NASCAR Sprint Cup Series stars including Carl Edwards, Kasey Kahne, Elliott Sadler, Martin Truex Jr. and others. In 2006, Dale Earnhardt, Jr. won the race in a cloud of controversy. Denny Hamlin walked away with the win in the 2007 CARFAX 250. And in 2008, Carl Edwards took the win by almost three seconds.

“This extended relationship with Carfax demonstrates the strength of MIS and Carfax,” Curtis said. “Carfax is a proven and trusted leader in providing vehicle history reports to consumers, but now has the entitlement rights to an entire weekend of NASCAR racing at one of the premier speedways in the country.
